Terms and Conditions for Last Minute Wedding Photos

1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the use of www.lastminuteweddingphotos.com and the booking of freelance photography services provided by [Photographer’s Name]. By using this website or booking services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use this website or book any services.
2. Copyright and Usage Rights a. The photographer retains copyright of all images taken. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the images for personal use only, including but not limited to printing, sharing on social media, and storing on personal devices. b. Commercial use of the images requires a separate agreement and additional fees.
3. Booking and Cancellation a. Bookings can only be made via the website. b. Clients are required to check for availability before making payment. No booking will be confirmed unless full payment has been received. c. Cancellations by clients less than 7 days before the event date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date will result only in the loss of the deposit. d. Should the photographer cancel for any reason, all fees paid will be refunded in full, and assistance will be provided to find a replacement photographer, if desired.
4. Limitation of Liability a. The photographer will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) that may occur in connection with the services provided. b. The photographer’s total liability for any claim arising shall not exceed the price of the services provided.
5. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
